Transformative Leadership Through DEI Engagement A fast becoming multicultural and connected professional domain have caused a shift in leadership. The usual model of command-and-control leadership is quickly losing its edge to different, more human-oriented ones such as empathy and inclusivity. The point of allyship represents the heart of this change-a voluntary continuous commitment of individuals, especially those who are in power, to promote and support those who have been marginalized or underrepresented throughout history.
